I recently traveled to Bali. And while the gorgeous beaches, and lush green jungle were amazing, the spirit of the people, their happiness, positivity, and health inspired me. I asked our travel guide, “Arta, I notice people here live long, and are still so active in their seniority. What’s the secret?” He told me his father, who’s 82, and still daily working in his own rice field said when he asked once, “You must keep moving, stay active, eat the organic food, and of course, don’t be stressed by life’s struggles.” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ He made me think and realize, that stress, negative situations, and mishaps are inevitable in this life — but the space between stress, and how we react is where we can learn to channel our energy. To find optimism, and happiness in the midst of bull sh*t. This is the key to a long life. Living stress free as possible.
