I’ve always been a techy fan and the iPad has always been one of my favorite devices to own.
I’d say my transition to using an iPad as my daily laptop is almost complete. I LOVE the iPad’s ease of ergonomics, It’s light and easy to carry around, battery life is AWESOME with almost 2 days of continuous use. My Daily routine involves... Reading and replying lots of emails, Flight planning, Downloading and filing Navigational charts, creating and editing PDFs, Facebook and Twitter, I love watching YouTube videos while the wife and I eat, and in bed before I sleep I like to catch up on some of my favorite Netflix series.
Over the last 2 weeks, I’ve managed to do ALL this and more on my iPad and while some things are easier than others to do, I’ve still managed to do them without the need to open up my MacBook. I use a Logitech Keyboard Folio case to do typing and protect my iPad its lovely to type on, I use an Apple Pencil to digitally sign my documents, I have a bluetooth mouse which can now be paired with the iPad making it more computer like than ever, I’ve got my google drive, iCloud and one drive all syncing with my iPad so all my documents are available to me on the go. When traveling I have a 10000Mah battery bank that fast charges my iPad twice from low to full. And I find using the iPad more fun and intuitive than sitting behind a regular Mac or PC.
If you’re thinking of getting an iPad as a laptop replacement, after ipadOS 13... I can firmly recommend it depending on what you do.
There you go, an unasked for review! 😂😜✌🏽👍🏽 My Setup is an iPad 7th Generation 10.2” with an Apple Pencil Series 1 and a Logitech Folio Keyboard case.
