An apple a day keeps my mom away..if I throw it hard enough.
Who remembers that saying, an apple a day keeps the doctor away. I remember people saying it’s good because of the fiber from the apples but also some saying it’s bad for you because of all the sugar. Who cares, I love apples smothered in peanut butter. That’s gotta be one of my fave “somewhat healthy” snacks along with veggie straw chips.
