Texas 2020 🚨Long Post Alert🚨
Mazy and I had an amazing time in Texas ⭐️I wish I could say she reached her goal of getting her 36 AA but I can’t. I can say she did her best and PR’d in two events and was so close to her goal. She was so happy to have competed and her team took first place too!
We spent the next day celebrating at Six Flags. The best part though was getting the opportunity to share all of this with family. Auntie April (the best sister ever) and Lyly (sweetest nephew ever). They came to Dallas to watch Mazy and then we spent the rest of our time in Houston. From eating every delicious thing we could find, shopping at the galleria, the awesome color factory, seeing Travis Scott’s pop up shop in Htown Space Village, swimming and just enjoying each other. I feel beyond blessed to have my family and experiences like this. I’m forever proud of my daughter who continues to strive towards her goals even when she feels defeated. I tell Mazy life isn’t about reaching that score, but it’s what you learn and experience along the journey to get there. Be grateful for these moments and savor this journey because life is not a destination. ❤️❤️ I love you sis and Lyly. Thank you for the memories. Thank you coaches for always supporting my girl. Thank you gym parents for the village of support and kindness. ❤️❤️#texastough2020 #proudmom #gymnasticslife #grateful #family #blessed #rigertelitegymnastics #houston #dallastexas #thecolorfactory #lifeisajourney
